Show up, see the pool, take photos. If it's dirty, unsafe, or not as advertised, contact our 24/7 support BEFORE you start your swim. We'll help you find another pool nearby OR refund your booking in full. Hosts who fail repeatedly get removed.
The host doesn't show or won't respond
