For hosts: get started in minutes

1. Create your free account and create a listing. Add photos, describe the pool, share capacity limits, and set hourly rates and availability. Be honest and highlight features—shallow ends, heating, pool toys, covered seating—so guests know what to expect.

2. Set house rules and safety details. You control who can book, whether children are allowed, and any additional rules like no-glass or lifeguard requirements. Clear rules reduce surprises and protect your home.

3. Confirm & publish. Once you publish, your pool appears in searches across cities and neighborhoods. You’ll start receiving reservation requests or instant bookings depending on your preferences.

4. Host with confidence. Every booking includes $2M liability insurance and a secure payout. We collect payment from guests, charge a 10% flat host fee, and transfer the rest to you after the rental—fast and reliable.

For guests: how booking works

1. Search for the perfect pool. Filter by location, amenities, and price to find a place that fits your group. Browse photos, read host rules, and see available time slots.

2. Book your time. Some hosts allow instant booking while others require approval—either way, payment is processed securely through our platform.

3. Review arrival instructions and follow host rules. Hosts provide check-in instructions and any safety notes; please arrive on time and treat the property with respect.

4. Enjoy your swim. If an issue arises, contact the host through the platform first. We’re also available to help resolve disputes.

Safety, insurance, and trust

Your safety and protection are our priority. Every booking includes a built-in $2M liability insurance policy, providing an extra layer of protection for most common incidents. Hosts are encouraged to post safety rules (for example, no running, supervision required for minors, and recommended maximum guests) to minimize risk.

We also verify IDs and reviews to help build trust between hosts and guests. If anything goes wrong, our support team is here to help navigate claims and disputes.

Fees and payouts — simple and transparent

• Host fee: 10% flat fee on each booking. You keep the other 90%.
• Guest fees: Guests may see a service fee at checkout (subject to change) to cover platform operations and support.
