Cancellation policy

Full Refund: Guests receive a 100% refund if they cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled reservation start time. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the reservation receive a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable. Weather Policy: In the event of severe Arizona weather (such as active lightning, severe haboobs, or extreme storms), hosts will offer a full reschedule for guest safety. No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive within 30 minutes of their start time without notifying the host will forfeit their reservation with no refund.
