This pool is great getaway for any occasion. The pool is HEATED YEAR ROUND. If you have a dog coming,please add the premium dog swimmer amenity. Please have your dog brushed well, ONLY SHORT HAIR DOGS AND NON SHEDDERS, NO LONG HAIRED DOGS IN POOL!!!!!!!!! THIS INCLUDES LABS AND RETRIEVERS. They may hang out in the yard. If it is a HOLIDAY, PLEASE ADD THE HOLIDAY PREMIUM AMENITY, AS THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FLAT FEE FOR HOLIDAYS. The pool has a beautiful waterfall, and large shallow area for kids. Plenty of pool floats, lounge chairs, a table with umbrella & 6 chairs. There is a separate lounge area under a pergola with couch and chairs, flatscreen tv, mini fridge and Bluetooth speaker. Sectional couch around the built in gas fire pit, bar with barstools. A separate couch and chair seating area near BBQ. HOT TUB IS AVAILABLE WITH ADVANCE REQUEST, PLEASE ADD THE HOT TUB AMENITY, THERE IS A $50 CHARGE TO HEAT THE HOT TUB. Bathroom is available inside house located right off of pool, text me for entrance.
