Nestled just north of Austin, our pool and backyard offers a semi-private haven where RELAXATION meets FUN in a beautiful and welcoming surrounding with a covered pergola. Perfect for a variety of occasions—from small or large family friendly gatherings, ❤️date nights, homeschool activity breaks, after school fun, sports hangouts, just a day to chill for a friend hangout, birthday parties, gender reveal parties, baby showers, graduation parties, photo shoots, or special/business events, or to watch your favorite sports team on the outdoor TV, swim, grill & chill—our space invites a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. Relax or celebrate with family and friends! Our backyard patio, pool & spa rental has LOTS of amenities to enhance your experience: comfortable seating areas (accommodating up to 40), shaded seating and lounge areas, two pergolas with 3 ceiling fans--the large pergola has a tarp covering so quick rain showers won't stop the fun; string lighting, backdrop for photo shoots, TV(DirectTV&FireStick), water volleyball, corn hole, 2 outdoor coolers, chairs & tables, floats, noodles, ambient lighting, fire pit, outdoor propane tower heater, and a private restroom, complete with a toilet, sink, stocked with all the toiletries and space to change for your convenience. 🔸When you & guests arrive, park in ALL open spots in the driveway and DIRECTLY in front of the house. (Do NOT park in front of my neighbors on either side.) ✅There's *PLENTY* of additional parking (on the corner; 1 house away) along the fence line in both directions. 🔸Enter through the RIGHT SIDE gate. I will briefly greet you and show you around.
