Who We Welcome Families, friend groups, and private event hosts who value a clean, respectful space Groups celebrating milestones: graduations, showers, reunions, birthdays, and team events Guests 21+ must be present and responsible for the duration of the rental Group Size Standard bookings: up to 20–30 guests Larger groups (up to 40) considered on a case-by-case basis Groups of 50–60 may be approved for well-reviewed guests only — contact host first Event Hours All events must conclude by 9:00 PM Cleanup must be completed before dark No exceptions — this keeps the neighborhood happy and your deposit intact Vibe Check We are a family-oriented venue — not a nightclub Music at respectful levels No aggressive behavior, excessive intoxication, or uninvited guests Before You Book A brief meet & greet or intro call may be requested for larger groups Host reserves the right to decline bookings that aren't the right fit Liability All guests must sign a waiver prior to entry Signed waivers required for every attendee
