Feel free to ask us any questions you may have leading up to your desired date(s). - We have now included an AppleTV with access to SiriusXM to stream your favorite music and even YoutubeTV to watch the games while your friends and family enjoy your epic day. Have you presently been experiencing life at a rate of several wtfs per hour? Well, come slow it downs some with a relaxing swim. …Or that awkward moment when you're wearing Nikes and realize you just can't do it? Well here, you can. Come enjoy our big spacious backyard complete with all you need! Our large Salt Water Pebble Tech pool keeps you splashing in the sun for as much fun (or chill time) as you want - you've a completely warmed pool, not just the surface area. Both our solar pool cover and pool solar panels on the roof help keep the pool at a comfortable level. Feel free to relax on our shallow (1.5') Cabo Shelf area which is great for taking a break and chatting with those out of the pool as well the little ones to play around in without worry. Or, look off our raised sun deck and look to see the bottom of the 8' deep end. Our pool is filtered using a Salt Cell so no harsh chlorine tablets bumping into you while swimming and also we've an InteliChem system which is constantly testing the water chemistry and making adjustments as needed - leaving you with the cleanest swim experience possible (at least that we know of 🤷‍♂️). Looking to relax a little bit and take a break from the pool frolicking? Pick a seat!! You can choose one of the back adjustable lounge seats or the sofa style outdoor seat with table up on the sun deck - don't worry, your fragile feet are protected from the warm concrete from the outdoor area rug. Or, maybe you want to take a break from our crazy hot sun all together. Then find yourself one of 11 seats scattered around underneath our covered area. You have that one crazy person who doesn't like to swim at all? Drag them over anyway and they're welcome to throw (almost) anything on the 75" TV. You and your family and friends may also get a little hungry along the way; bring whatever you'd like! You're more than welcome to use the Weber Grill or the Blackstone - no need for gas fomo, they're both connected to the house natural gas. We'll leave on this note: A giraffes coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat. Ever think about that?

Cancellation policy

We offer a generous 24 hour cancellation policy. We’re a family of 6, trust we get stuff happens. Just communicate if an issue arises and we will do all we can to find a mutual solution.
