🌴 Pool & Patio Rules – Read Before Booking 🌴 📅 Age Requirement • Must be 25+ to book. • Kids’ parties always welcome. Adult events reviewed & approved case-by-case. 🍹 Food & Alcohol • Moderate alcohol use (21+) allowed. No underage drinking. Your party will be immediately terminated with no refund if minors are drinking on the premises. • No glass containers on premises — $750+ cleanup fee if broken. Plan in advance to avoid a problematic situation that could ruin your entire booking. Glass in the pool is a HUGE problem. 🏰 Bouncy Houses • No outside inflatables. On-site rental available. See Premium Amenities. 🎶 Music • No outside speakers. Use of Alexa in the garage permitted for music selection. Connecting your device to our Bluetooth speaker not permitted. • Loud music is not permitted. Host reserve the right to control volume. 🚻 Restroom • Access via pool deck. Dry off before entering. • No Entry beyond the partition wall. 🏊 Pool Safety • No diving, flipping, or running. • Kids must be supervised. • Non-swimmers must wear floaties and avoid deep end. 🚭 Smoking • Cigarettes​/​cigars allowed only in Grotto (by the grill). • No marijuana use on-site. Vaping is permitted. • Keep space clean. Garbage and Recycle Bins provided. 🏘️ Neighborhood Courtesy • All guests are to remain INSIDE the white-fenced yard only — not in the driveway or outside the property. • No lingering around property after your time ends. • Use Starbucks at 483 Franklin Ave for bus, Uber or taxi pickup. It's 1 block up the road. 🎟️ Guests & Check-In • Extra guests must be added via "Make Changes" in the app. • 10+ guests require 3-hour minimum booking. • $95 cleanup amenity will be applied to all bookings with 10+ people. Please add prior to checkout. • Adults (18+) must sign liability waiver at check-in for themselves and children. 📩 Final Step Message me with: “I agree to the pool & patio rules.” To acknowledge that you have read these rules carefully.
