Pool Rules Swim at your own risk – No lifeguard on duty. No diving is allowed. Children under 4 years old must wear floaties. Children in diapers must wear swim diapers. Clean-Up You are responsible for cleaning up after your event. Please take all trash with you or dispose of it in the trash can provided. No glass is permitted on the property. Noise & Music No loud music after 10:00 PM. A Bluetooth speaker will be provided. No outside speakers allowed. Time Management Your set-up and clean-up time must be included in your reservation. I will notify you 30 minutes before your scheduled end time. If you need more time, I can adjust the booking minimum to 1 hour. Property Use The rental is for backyard use only. Loitering in the front yard, driveway, or near neighbors' property is not allowed. Violating this will result in being asked to leave without a refund. Guest Additions If you have more guests than expected, a request must be sent to update the reservation. I may also send the request. If it is not accepted in a timely manner, or after being informed, your reservation may be canceled. Furniture Use Do not sit on the sectional while wearing suntan lotion. Prohibited Activities No large drinking parties. Anyone visibly intoxicated will be asked to leave. No ticketed or for-profit events. No DJs allowed.
