Our beautiful pool, built in 2023, features a sparkling 20’ x 40’ swimming area with a tanning ledge, relaxing bubblers, and comfy new ledge loungers. In the lounge area, you’ll also find a fun ledge lounger slide for small children, plus a ledge lounger ice bucket and umbrella holder — perfect for keeping cool drinks close by while you soak up the sun. Just steps away, our cozy tiny house is all yours to enjoy, complete with a shower, toilet, sink, refrigerator, hot water, and air conditioning. Need to charge your phone or speaker? Electrical outlets are available for your convenience. A Few Poolside Reminders 🏊‍♀️ We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable visit, so please: • No running, jumping, or horseplay — and definitely no throwing anyone into the pool. • Keep pool gates closed at all times. • No gum in the pool area — please toss it in the trash before entering. Relax & Enjoy the Surroundings 🌸 Around the pool, you’ll find multiple seating areas shaded by three patio umbrellas, a hammock under the shade tree (available upon request), and a black chain-link fence surrounded by lush sod landscaping. For a cozy evening touch, a fire pit with seating is available for an additional fee. Our property also features a charming barn and peaceful pond — a perfect backdrop for stunning photos. Celebrate Special Moments 🎉 We love hosting small events like birthdays, retirements, engagements, gender reveals, and even weddings. If you’re looking for a beautiful spot off the beaten path to celebrate, ask us about our event packages. Booking Details 📅 The booking price is per guest — whether they plan to swim or not. Keeping the Space Beautiful 🌟 Please help us keep the Little Ponderosa as lovely as you found it. A $75 excessive cleanup fee may be applied after your visit if: • Trash is left behind or toilets are overflowed • Pool toys​/​floats are left scattered, destroyed, or in the pool • Gum is found in the water (it damages our pool vacuum) • Furniture is not returned to its original location This fee is only charged after inspection and will not be applied if the area is left neat and tidy. Guest requirements

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we ask that there be no running, jumping, or horseplay, including throwing anyone into the pool. Please keep the pool gates closed at all times during your visit. You are welcome to enjoy the tanning ledge, complete with comfortable loungers and a small slide for young children. To help keep the pool clean, gum is not permitted in the pool area — please dispose of it in the trash before entering.

Other perks

We provide ample parking for large groups, ensuring easy access for all guests. Beside the pool, a cozy tiny house is available for your use, complete with a shower, toilet, sink, refrigerator, and air conditioning for added comfort. A Bluetooth speaker, located under the gazebo above the hot tub, allows you to enjoy your favorite music during your visit. For safety, the pool features a sturdy handrail for entering and exiting, while the tanning ledge and steps are lined with a textured Sure Step surface to provide better grip and safer access.

Cancellation policy

For groups of up to 10 guests, we ask that you cancel at least two hours before your scheduled time. For groups of 11 or more, please provide at least twelve hours’ notice, as additional preparation is required for larger gatherings. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to ensure you receive your full allotted time, either by extending your stay on the scheduled day or arranging a future date.

We offer plenty of parking around the pool area for your convenience. The property spans 12.5 acres of partially wooded land, complete with a charming barn, friendly farm animals, and a peaceful pond — creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation and memorable photos.
