Guest requirements

To ensure everyone has an amazing experience at our Hidden Oasis, we ask all guests to follow these important guidelines. Our property welcomes up to 120 guests of all ages, with ample parking for 50+ vehicles on-site. Upon arrival, you'll check in directly with your host Frances, who will be available to welcome you and provide a brief orientation. While we encourage you to be loud, have fun, and truly enjoy the freedom our private countryside location offers, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire property. The pool ranges from 2 to 9 feet deep, so adult supervision is required for children, especially around the diving board and water slide areas. We welcome parties, celebrations, and decorations, but ask that you leave our backyard exactly as you found it – this means removing all decorations, properly disposing of trash, and returning any borrowed items to their designated spots. Please note that our beautiful natural setting among trees and open fields means you may encounter some falling leaves or light dust, which we consider part of the authentic outdoor experience. Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons, though we provide Bluetooth speakers for your music and entertainment needs. Most importantly, we want you to relax, make memories, and enjoy every moment of your time at our family's beloved Hidden Oasis.

The property's natural setting means you'll likely encounter local wildlife such as birds, deer, and various insects, so we recommend bringing appropriate repellent and maintaining a respectful distance from any animals you may see. Please be aware that our outdoor facilities have limited restroom access, minimal lighting after dark, and variable cell phone reception depending on your carrier, so plan your visit with these considerations in mind. While we provide basic amenities, the remote location and natural environment mean that weather conditions can significantly impact your experience, and guests are responsible for any property damage beyond normal wear and tear. We encourage you to designate a responsible group leader for larger parties, bring adequate lighting for evening activities, and remember that this stunning natural backdrop offers incredible photo opportunities while requiring respect for the environment to preserve its beauty for future guests.
