Guest requirements
Your group may be greeted by me, guest count will also be verified in-person or by security cameras. Per Swimply policy, the person who booked the pool must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the booking. No rotating guests. All attendees must be included in the paid guest count, whether swimming or not. Dry yourself off before entering the house to use the restroom. Do not dive head first into the shallow pool. Underage drinking is not permitted. Your group will be escorted off premises and not refunded. Trash, food, wrappers, or drink containers can not be left behind. One-time reschedule allowed within 2 weeks of the original booking date. You must discuss the change with us before requesting it in the app. If you need to cancel, you are responsible for doing so through the app. We do not cancel reservations on your behalf. You must set up and be ready to leave during your booking hours. Thanks for booking with me. And have a great time!
