Guest requirements

⭐️CYPRESS RIVER OASIS POOL RULES⭐️ 1. **Supervision:** Children must be under adult supervision at all times. 2. **Life Jackets:** For added safety, children who are not confident swimmers must wear life jackets. 3. **No Diving:** Do not dive into shallow areas. 4. **No Diving from the Rock Slide:** Diving from the rock slide is prohibited to prevent injuries. 1 person at a time should walk up the rock slide and slide down. No pushing shoving or horse play on or around the rock slide. 5. **Wear a Swim Diaper:** Infants and toddlers who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper to prevent accidents in the pool. We will provide one if you need one. 6. **No Flipping or Horseplay:** Please refrain from flipping, rough play, or any behavior that could lead to accidents. 7. **Swim at Your Own Risk:** There are no lifeguards on duty. Observe and obey signs and rules posted around the pool. 8. **Glass Prohibited:** No glass containers in or around the pool area. 9. **Respect Neighbors and Volume Control:** Keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings, and music will be turned down to 55 decibels (dB) at 10:00 PM per Harris Count Noise Ordinance. 10. **Alcohol and Smoking Smoking and Drinking is allowed but consume alcohol responsibly. Please dispose of trash in designated areas. 11. **Clean Up:** Dispose of trash in designated bins on either side if the pool. 12. **No Running:** Walk on the pool deck to prevent accidents. The coping is slippery when wet so walk around the pool. 13. **Respect Property:** Keep the pool area clean and tidy. 14. **Emergency Info:** if there is any issues notify us immediately. We will be on site at all times available to help you any way we can. We are CPR certified as well. 15. **Liability Disclaimer:** We are not responsible for injuries, death, lost, or stolen items while at Cypress River Oasis. You are swimming at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty. 16. No piñatas allowed 17: No outside speakers allowed.
