- Heated PoolThis covers 3 hours of heating. Aditional hours can be added as an extra amenity. Natural Gas heated pool We can achieve an approximate 10° rise over 6 hours depending on the temperature you wish we may start the heater prior to your arrival and turn it off accordingly prior to the visit ending relative to the number of hours you pay for.
- Pool House Guest Table Our Pool House table seats 10 and there are numerous outlets for charging your phone and tablets
- Gazeebo with Seating Our 17x17 gazebo has a dining table that seats six.
- Exterior Seating x3 We have three tables that seat four people each for a total of 12 people including thatch Tiki umbrellas.
- Ceiling fans Ceiling fans There is a ceiling fan in the Gazebo as well as two fans in the pool house that are controlled from the bathroom behind the door.
- HammockHammock A tropical hammock for a relaxing afternoon await you! Please be careful with small children.
- Fire Pit Fire pit. Please bring your own wood and accelerant for burning 🔥
- Cleaning Fee - Parties of 40+ This is a mandatory amenity that must be added for groups of 40 or more. This does not preclude you from cleaning up, but helps us the day after for the additional cleaning required due to excessive trash that may have been missed, cleaning the food stains off the concrete and resetting the area.
- Additional hour of pool heater You can add an additional hour of pool heating and Beyond normal pool heating amenity.
- Grill Gas Grill only, located on deck by Gazeebo.
- Speakers Ion Block Rocker (Bluetooth connection to your phone).
- In Ground Speaker System with Subwoofer! Enjoy streaming music from Sirius Satellite Radio. We have 4x Klipsch 100W Speakers and a 100W in ground subwoofer to rock out your Costa Rica Experience! You are unable to connect directly into the system. Please let me know the genre /specific Sirius Satellite Channel and I will set it for you.
- Tiled Waterfall Tiled Waterfall With our waterfall feature you can hear the soothing noise of the water splashing around you.
- Shower Shower There's an outdoor shower on the rear of the pool house with hot and cold water. Please provide your own soap and shampoo.
