A private, heated saltwater in-ground pool in Windham — 20' x 40', 3 to 8 feet deep, with a diving board and a shallow area for the little ones. Open year-round comfort: the pool is heated, the yard is fully fenced, and the whole space is yours. Seating is the star here. An oversized umbrella with a table and four chairs, four zero-gravity loungers, two more umbrella tables with four chairs each, and ten additional seats — so a big group all gets somewhere good to sit. Great sun, ample shade, night lighting, and complete privacy. There's a dedicated restroom right by the pool, an igloo cooler for your drinks, and parking for up to 4 cars. I'm on site during your visit if you need anything. All ages welcome — no pets, please. Add the large gas grill (side burners and warming rack) for $25. $70​/​hour for up to 5 guests, $85 for 6–10, $100 for 11–15, $115 for 16–20. Open every day, 10am to 8pm.
