Hi everyone​,​ nice to meet you! I’m new to this area and I can see it’s growing so quickly. It seems like builders are constantly constructing new homes​,​ and wow​,​ the taxes are skyrocketing! I recently paid a hefty tax bill for the billion-dollar school that neither my wife nor I use. I thought​,​ “I need to make a little extra money​,​ so why not rent out my swim spa?” I’ve had two people rent it for rehab purposes​,​ and they absolutely loved it. They enjoyed it so much that I think they even bought their own! As for the name I chose​,​ it’s inspired by my die-hard Jimmy Buffett parrot-head uncle​,​ and why wouldn’t I use that name? I really admire him. If you’re not a fan of my name​,​ I hope it doesn’t stop you from getting your money’s worth or renting from someone else. Best wishes to all!
