Our pool is a saltwater pool, which means it uses salt to sanitize the water instead of traditional chlorine. This can be more gentle on the skin and eyes, and some people find it to be a more pleasant swimming experience overall. The pool can also be heated, which is great for cooler days or if you want to swim in the evening. In addition there is a private bathroom on the property, which is convenient for guests who want to change or use the restroom without having to go inside the main house. For kids, there is a playground with rubber mulch to provide a soft surface for playtime. The playground includes a trampoline and several outdoor games to keep kids entertained. And for your furry friends, there is a fenced-in dog area with a doggy pool and self-filling water bowl. Overall, our backyard offers a great combination of relaxation and fun for people of all ages, including your furry friends. It's the perfect place to host a gathering or just spend a day outside with loved ones!

No refund within 72 hours (3 days) of the reservation's start time.
Additional notes (Optional)
No glass bottles/cups/jars allowed. Children who aren't potty trained must wear a swim diaper not a regular diaper in the pool. Any broken glass or a potty accident will require draining of the pool and an extra charge. Please clean up trash upon leaving. Additional cleanup will result in a $100 cleanup fee. All trash must be picked up and put into the 2 supplied trash cans. Please follow all posted rules. No Running around pool, No Diving in pool, No Horseplaying in or around pool.
