2026 season notes: **The pool is not heated and is subject to weather conditions. The water is balanced, crystal clear, free of algae, and not overly chlorinated.** I'm offering access to my full sun 24ft round 4ft deep above ground pool with a swim up tiki bar featuring an attached upper sitting deck, and a lower tanning deck. I have 3 tiki umbrellas for shade on the decks, plenty of chairs, including 4 barstool height chairs, 3 standard height chairs with foot stools and 3 side tables on the upper deck area, 2 tanning loungers, 2 standard chairs and a side table on the lower tanning deck area. I have several floats and pool noodles for your enjoyment and 4 standard life jackets just in case. There's a power strip on the deck for charging phones, an air pump for floats, and a bluetooth Alexa speaker so you can vibe while chilling in the pool. There's also a nice 10ft x20ft canopy behind the pool if you need a shady space to relax. Under the canopy there's an oscillating fan, 2 cushioned loveseats, 2 cushioned chairs, and a separate picnic table area that can be rearranged as needed. There's no outdoor changing area or restroom but when I'm at home during your visit you'll have access to the bathroom inside. Nothing too fancy, but I have a large full sun privacy fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood, a place you can make yourself at home and enjoy a day or night outdoors. There are plenty of tropical banana trees to view from every angle. The pool has color changing lights to set the mood for after dark hours. The tiki masks and bar light up as well. If you're having a bigger party please bring extra chairs as needed and an additional canopy if you need more than 10x20 shade. I have seating for 18 and 2 loungers. You're welcome to decorate for parties, bring extra tables,yard games or whatever else you need to be comfy. I have a set of cornhole boards that you're free to enjoy. **Firepit access is free if you bring some stuff to burn 🔥. I have a propane grill and an outdoor space heater available upon request as listed in the paid amenities. Or you can bring some charcoal and use my small tabletop grill at no extra charge. 420 friendly, just please be discreet because I have neighbors 💚👌✌️😎
