Sunscreen should be applied at least 20 minutes before entering the water, so that the water stays healthy. Swim diapers are required for children who are not yet potty-trained; this is not optional! Parents​/​guardians must actively supervise children at all times (no lifeguard on duty). Stay within the fenced pool area; please refrain from touring the rest of the property or approaching our pets. Security cameras monitor public areas for everyone’s safety. No glass in or around the pool. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas—use the butt trays provided. Pack out what you pack in—trash bins & skimmer net are on site. We have a Koi pond on the property for your viewing pleasure! Please note this pond is on the other side of the house, and it is 5 feet deep. Please be aware of this and supervise children around this pond!

Meeting point

You will meet your host once you enter the property and be shown around to help you familiarize yourself and your guests with the property.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy Plans change—we understand! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. If severe weather or other unsafe conditions prevent the reservation from taking place, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a refund, as appropriate. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our schedule available for all guests.
