Cancellation Policy 🌞 Cancellation Policy — Because Life Happens! We totally get it—plans change, kids get cranky, and sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate. That’s why we’ve got a flexible cancellation policy that’s fair for everyone: Changed your mind? Cancel at least 72 hours before your booking and we’ll refund 75% of your deposit—no hard feelings! Running late on decisions? Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your booking are non-refundable, since we’ll already be prepping your spot and getting things ready for splash time. No-shows are also non-refundable, but we’ll still miss you! 💛
