Enjoy the beautiful backyard and Saltwater Pool and Spa with updates for the 2025 season. The pool has been resurfaced with new marcite and the landscaping is all new. The backyard is private as it is surrounded by trees and bushes. You have a secluded area with a spa​/​pool and two seating areas outside. It's unique shape and design also offers evening LED lights which has 12 different light shows. Patio and BBQ are also available for use. There are extra chairs and tables upon request. We are very laid back and enjoy sharing the space with others. The only thing I ask is that everyone has fun and kids must be watched at all times. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you have a specific request and I will do my best to accommodate. The pool is set to low heat June-Aug, medium heat May and Sept. If you like it warmer please request medium heat and I will have it on medium heat. There are two robots that cleans the pool everyday. The pool is hand skimmed prior to your arrival. There is complimentary bottled water in the mini-fridge under the bar, feel free to take. Two hour minimum rental on weekends and holidays. No DJ's or confetti please. *Please do not message me asking if you can book the pool. My calendar is always up to date, so if the system allows you to put your desired date and time, then the pool is available. Weather policy. After doing this for 13 years, I know only one thing...that Michigan weather forecasting is rarely right. So if you book plan to be here. If there is lightening then you have to get out of pool for a minimum of 10 minutes without lightening. If you lose any pool time due to weather, I will credit that time to a future booking. I have a very lenient policy and will make sure you get all the pool time you paid for and more. Most summer storms move through very quickly and are minor disruptions.
