- Outdoor Smart TV50" Vizio Smart 4k HDR TV. Listen to music, watch a movie or have a cool background image. Please try NOT splash water on tv.
- Banquet tablesWe have two 6ft rectangle banquet tables, 1 round 5ft table and one 4ft rectangle table that you can use.
- Square card table w/4 chairsWe have one square black card table with 4 chairs that you can use.
- Party/Event Set Up - Clean Up TimeWe allow you (not entire party) to arrive 30 mins before and stay 30 mins after your booked time to set up/decorate and take down and clean up after your event. Flat fee $30 There is NO swimming during this time.
- Grill Package (all inclusive)Large capacity commercial style gas grill or Blackstone. We supply the grill, propane, cooking tools, variety of BBQ seasonings, plates, forks, napkins, foil, and serving dishes. No need to bring anything because you are VIP!
- Outdoor ShowerOutdoor Solar Shower. You will be able to rinse off before and after you get in the pool. Be CAREFUL it gets HOT.
- Pool Floats + ToysVariety of floats (including infant float), swim vests for toddlers, noodles, pool style football and basketball.
- SpeakersBluetooth Speaker and Bluetooth Sound-bar
- TowelsWe provide up to 8 clean towels. Please leave them on the table in patio. Flat fee of $5 for all 8 towels.
- Fire PitWant to make s'mores or just have a nice fire going for your evening event? For a flat fee of $10 you can use the fire pit. We provide you with 1 log 🪵 of wood that burns 3 hours. Adults 18+ only can book and an adult MUST supervise children. We also have long marshmallow roasting tool.
- Pool House Modern & cozy 160sq ft. fully furnished Pool House. Equipped with smart tv, sofa, dining table, chairs, fridge, and dry kitchenette. Can be used to prep food, hangout, or relax to escape the heat. Pool house has AC/heat. So it can be used year round. NON SMOKING INSIDE
- Mimosa BarLuxe Gold + White bar cart with all the fixings. You supply the champagne and we supply the flutes + orange juice with fresh fruits. If you have specific requests please message us.
- S’mores ExperienceEverything you need to make 6-8 S’mores table side. No fire pit needed.
- Luxe Decorating PackageLeave the decorating to R+E; tell us your color theme and leave the rest to us! Package includes 4 balloon bouquets w/weights, event banner, and streamers throughout entire patio.
- Special Event Luxe Decorating + Table Setting PackageLet us take care of it all! This package includes everything in the Luxe Decorating package in addition to fabric tablecloths, fabric napkins, table settings with chargers, plates, cups, silverware, floral tables cape and table runner. Color scheme will be black, gold, beige. If you want a different color scheme we can discuss.
- Charging StationStay Connected & Charged Up…we have charging station for 6 USB enabled devices (charger cords not included)

No glass allowed on property. No lifeguard on duty. Please supervise ALL children at ALL times. Teenagers cannot be dropped off and left unsupervised. An adult over the age of 21 must stay with them. No running or reckless behavior allowed on property.
